Ann Morgan has the skills you need. As a former practicing attorney and title company branch manager, she knows every angle of every transaction. She moved from the legal field to real estate marketing and sales in 1993 and has never looked back. As a “Type A” who doesn’t like to sit still, she made the move to real estate knowing it would be the perfect match.

Ann grew up in Toronto, Canada and visited Corvallis at age 16 on her father’s sabbatical. Returning to Corvallis five years later, she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and her law degree from the University of Oregon. She worked in Benton and Marion County Circuit Courts, then spent several years commuting while she worked as a trial attorney with two Salem law firms. In 1987 she accepted the County Manager’s job at a Corvallis title company in order to be closer to home and family.

Ann has three grown children, Morgan an electrical engineer at Triaxis Engineering, Inc. in Corvallis, Kate, the transaction coordinator and accredited home staging specialist for the Ann Morgan Team and David, a real estate broker for the Ann Morgan Team. Her husband John (the reason she came to Corvallis!) teaches math in one of the two Corvallis middle schools.




David is the marketing manager for The Ann Morgan Team. Although a licensed real estate broker, in his current position he is not engaging in real estate licensee activities in order to focus solely on all facets of marketing and design for The Ann Morgan Team. He handles all aspects of the photo shoot including virtual and video tours for our listed properties and designs our custom flyers and e-flyers. In addition to managing our multiple internet sites, he also designs promotional materials featured in our personal magazine “Home by Design”. This outstanding magazine is available to current and past clients and upon request.

David was born and raised in Corvallis and in addition to his design work for The Ann Morgan Team, he is also completing his studies at Oregon State University. His wife, Anna works at the OSU Federal Credit Union. At home you will find them with Gabby their rescue dog and their personality-plus cat Lola.

The Ann Morgan Team is lucky to have David on their team. His professional designs and eye for style, provide the level of professionalism expected by our clients. He delivers!

Kate is also the team’s transaction coordinator and handles the copious paperwork leaving the Team Leader, Ann, free and available for our clients.

Born and raised in Corvallis, Kate has a degree from Oregon State University and in her spare time enjoys shopping, baking, and the symphony. Kate’s husband, Joe, is a weatherman and reporter for KATU-TV in Portland. They live in Portland with their golden retriever, Cali.
